There are 2 PCs, one has thunderbird on the other outlook, both are set to pop3. What are some free, trusted converters or mail transfer methods?
Answer the question
In order to leave comments, you need to log in
1) First, go to Start >> Default Programs >> Set your default program. After that, select Outlook from the given options and click on the "Set this program as default" button.
2) Now, the next thing you need to do is launch Thunderbird and go to the "Tools" option and then click on "Import".
3) Select the radio button next to "Mail", then click "Next". Now select Outlook from the given options and click Next. After that, click "Finish" to import.
4) Follow the same steps to continue and this time select "Address Books" or whatever item you want to import from Outlook to Thunderbird.
5) Now go back to the Default Programs folder one more time. Open it up and select Thunderbird and then select "Set this program as default".
There are a normal number of options thrown in.
PS I do not advise Outlook, especially if you work with large volumes of mail. Here he notably bends and you have to arrange dances with a tambourine so that it all works more or less normally.
