Can I install an SSD on an Acer Extensa 7620?

Unfortunately I don't know much about hardware. So do not judge strictly. I couldn't find a definitive answer on Google, or I found it but didn't understand it.
I have a HDD (SATA) - 10% of my life is left. I want to change to an SSD.
Actually the first question : Is it possible to put an SSD on the Acer Extensa 7620?
And the second question : Should I install it, or buy an HDD?
