Why can the Samsung 980 PRO slow down?

Here is a speed test of my new Samsung 980 PRO

And this is a speed test on the working server of the "old" Samsung PM981 ( MZVLB1T0HALR-0000 )


the speed difference is discouraging. Tell me plizzz for 980 is this the rate of speed or something in my system rectally?
Well, where to look and what to dig if it is rectal?
