Can I initiate a call from a SIP handset from a browser?
Good day!
The task is to raise IP-telephony for a small organization.
The customer wants to:
1) use physical handsets/phones (rather than a headset and software)
2) initiate calls to customers from the CRM system: i.e. in the browser, click on the number with the mouse, and then pick up the phone and talk.
Are these two desires mutually exclusive?
If this is possible, then how can the desired be realized?

initiates a SIP call to a physical handset, when picked up, it initiates a call to the client / subscriber.
