Can I get a refund if the online store turned out to be fraudulent?

Hello!

I recently ordered one rather expensive item* (which is the saddest thing, not for myself** and not for my money***) through an online store. They sent me a payment, and I, as required, paid it through the bank. At the moment, the goods are delayed, but despite the assurances of the managers that "everything will be in chocolate", I want to prepare for the worst - what if I fell for the trick of scammers?

What should be my actions? Where to write? Who to contact? And, most importantly, how to return the money (at least most of it)?

* - equipment
** - a gift to the university
*** - from the entire stream

PS Actions take place in Ukraine, if this is important.
PSS I made the payment through UkrSibBank, if this is also important
PSSS I know that the biggest mistake in this whole story is my involvement in it :)

Fortunately for you, you paid for the purchase through a bank, and not with e-money. It will be easier. Well, write to me the rest tomorrow if everything goes badly. There are always ways.

It seems to me that it is easier to pay in such cases by card. Within a month, you can protest the payment without any courts.

Check the store through Web of Trust.

If you paid by card, then write applications to the bank, the operation is possible (if the scammers do not get away) canceled, the money will be returned.
