Please recommend a CRM system for IT Sales Manager?

Good afternoon!
I work as an IT Sales Manager. The main tool for the job is linkedin. On duty, I correspond and make calls to clients. Keeping in mind: who should I write again, who should I call back, who should I continue the conversation with, the date of the last communication, etc., it becomes difficult, you can not lose a single client. At the moment I work in Excel (good, but not enough ..)
Please recommend a CRM system, preferably online, which provides an opportunity to successfully work with a list of clients and keep records of cold and warm leads.

SugarCRM, vTiger (both in PHP) - I personally looked at both, there are pluses and minuses for each.
Set up IP-telephony on both.
If interested, I can try Skype / SIP to connect:
1. clicked - it dials,
2. calls - it displays the client's card
3. and additionally (on an active call): hold, transfer, conference, etc.
Contacts - in the profile.

Switched to prostoy.ru (CRM Simple Business)
So far I'm satisfied.
