I am working on a personal project. It will be a paid subscription service.
Now I have an open IP, but I am moving to a new job, where registration is carried out according to the Labor Code of the Russian Federation. So I will close the IP as unnecessary at the moment.
But by the time active monetization of the service begins, in a few months, I will need to think again about the legal registration of my project activities.
Accordingly, I'm wondering if I can accept payments for a subscription, not being either an individual entrepreneur or an LLC? I plan to combine work on the project with the main, office work until it finally shoots.
