Can "household" batteries be used to repair/replace a laptop battery?

Good day toasters and toasters!
Just don’t hit hard) for a long time the question has been in my head about repairing an “almost dead” laptop battery. The point is - does it make sense to buy rechargeable batteries, disassemble a laptop battery (I saw that something similar was inside) and replace it? And, for example, use high-capacity rechargeable batteries. Is this provided that, of course, the hands from the right place will grow and the person has a good understanding of the principles in electronic circuits and has good skills when working with a soldering iron? And how rational is this?
ps As a rule, now for a targeted laptop - a new official battery costs about 5,000 rubles.
ps inside something like this:

Can. Difficulties:
- you need to buy a batch of new identical batteries from the same batch
- weld with a nickel strip using spot welding (soldering with wires is also possible, but heating can degrade performance)
- disassemble the old battery without damage (I never failed))
- reconfigure the controller batteries for new batteries (capacity, internal resistance) - you need an i2c adapter, special software ...
In general, information on the topic can be found on the forum avalon.co.ua/batteries/index.php
High- quality batteries can be found in a flea market on a flashlight ( carefully, I've come to the passion for flashlights)
forum.fonarevka.ru/forumdisplay.php?f=24
Or on sites like nkon.nl / fasttech.com / gearbest.com / where flashlights are purchased
PS do not throw away old batteries, at least two extreme batteries usually remain alive (the rest die from imbalance and overdischarge), they can be used in power banks for smartphones and powerful flashlights (convoy s2+ / skilhunt h02 and forward))
