Why are the audio outputs not working on the PC?

There was a strong overvoltage in the network, the power supply burned out.
Removed the power supply -> Repaired -> Put it back.
No sound (speakers themselves work):

Most likely due to the high voltage, the sound chip on the motherboard burned out.
Also, sometimes during a thunderstorm, network card chips burn out on motherboards.

What? Drop settings? The analog part of the sound chip has failed. You can check it yourself: open the datasheet, take a multimeter, and measure the voltages on the power legs of the analog and digital parts. If the voltage is in place, then under the replacement of mikruhu

1 - make sure that the connectors (and the cable to them) of the front panel of the case are correctly connected and working
2 - you can separately check the back panel by disconnecting the front panel and replacing it with a pair of jumpers (see the docks to the motherboard which pairs to close)
