Can domains be traded outside of special auctions?

I have accumulated several domains here that are no longer needed. I wanted to put it up for auction, but it needs bureaucracy such as a notarized agreement and so on. Are there sites where such transactions are carried out in parallel, and then the domain is simply transferred to another person? Or other simpler methods.

The easiest way is to sell it under a contract outside of any sites or auctions. Contract for assignment of domain name administration rights.
