Can characters from video games be used in dioramas?

Good afternoon, I want to make dioramas using characters from computer games. Am I violating copyright in doing so?

Well, if you use it outside of commercial purposes, then questions will arise, if commercial ones are no longer legal, since as a rule the authors or the company have rights to the character. You can request rights. But most likely, even if you use it for commercial purposes and this is not a super big enterprise, then most likely the owner will not notice the right.

If these are characters from Disney, Marvel, Sony - I highly do not recommend - these offices have vicious and toothy legal departments trained to catch just such people, especially if you have something to take from you.
Although, of course, a non-commercial homemade product or an igruha in the market where three and a half users are likely to score.
