It's not a hard drive, it's a NAS, really. Those. there are disks in the case along with a computer and special software, well, there is not one disk there. More precisely, what you indicated in the question is some kind of middle option between a simple external usb drive and a NAS. Such things can simultaneously work with several devices over a network, most often, but in this case, there is neither a network nor such an opportunity.
