Can an individual regularly receive money via paypal from a foreign organization?
And from a foreign individual? Will Paypal report this to the tax/procurator/something else? And the bank to which we withdraw money from a stick?
Amount <$2000 per month.
Is the commission written off with a stick in this case as for the sale of goods (3.9%)?
Is it possible to convert money into rubles at the bank's exchange rate upon withdrawal, or will paypal itself forcibly convert it in its own way upon receipt?
