I am in another country, I need to buy a gift in Ukraine, is it possible to buy electronics from a card or paypal? All stores offer cash or invoice, a few offer card payment, but in fact they either write it by accident or work only with PrivatBank cards or issued only in Ukraine and add a 20% commission.
Option to buy from Amazon - delivery will take too long plus the likelihood of theft in the mail.

given the realities of local business, it is better to purchase goods in online stores only by cash on delivery. otherwise there is a real possibility to get the item used or refurbished. there were precedents when buying by bank transfer.
