Good afternoon.
There is a good exchange where you can earn money, but the withdrawal is only through PayPal, and for Ukraine this is a problem. On all adequate sites in my specialty (I write articles), no maps are provided. I found an English-language Textbroker.com, but it requires confirmation of US citizenship.
I tried to write about linking the card, but there are no answers.
Question - it is very necessary to enter your own PayPal in your account and withdraw through it.

In what? Only in an extra click or in the know. Any online exchange will change PayPal Bucks to Hryvnia in Privat24 for example. Right now I looked at 1$ - 26 UAH (this is giving PayPalBucks and receiving hryvnia directly to the card in private). Loss of 7 percent, consider that this is a commission, include in the cost and enjoy life.
