I would be very grateful for a couple of links to sites with Bitrix that have similar functionality. If there are, of course. My analysis showed that most sites of this level use self-written engines.

Maybe. I personally wrote services with millions of records and analytics on 1C-Bitrix, and all this was running on budget VPS.
It is important to understand what data is and how to work with it. Use in Bitrix what is convenient and saves time and think with your head where Bitrix will create such a load that it is just right to rent a supercomputer.
Direct hands + knowledge of the subject area and everything will work fine.
I am sure all of the above applies to any framework
If you want to use Infoblocks, then start with a DETAILED analysis of the GetByID, GetList, GetProperties (CIBlockElement) functions. Bitrix is universal, therefore it is not optimal for a specific task. If the scheme of the database (Infoblocks module) suits you, then write your own public functions for working with information objects - and go ahead.
And if you are going to write your own module, then it is better to use any other product that at least provides an MVC structure (or at least some structure for working with data and templates). Bitrix does not provide anything in this regard, only a class for accessing the database (again, not the best), and styles for the admin panel.
Bury your hope for ready-made modules for Bitrix (from the marketplace) right away... As an example, DEFA TOOLS wrote a module for copying Infoblocks, this module had the functionality of filling the Infoblock with fish (random texts). The module was crookedly written, and each time it was loaded, it turned to the Yandex website for texts (vesna.yandex.ru/all.xml). Yandex closed this link. And all the sites on which this module was installed began to slow down, with any access, since Yandex did not just hang up 404, but made 408 or something like that. (here is Def's comment about this marketplace.1c-bitrix.ru/solutions/defa.tools/?PAG... ). And it's a big company. And such a bug!!! I would say a set-up from a set-up. And most of the modules were written by no one knows who, only for the sake of 300-500 rubles per installation.
So just add the functionality you need yourself, in very custom systems, it's cheaper to write from scratch and support it yourself.
