Please tell me how to store and then access the data of cities and streets in Bitrix most efficiently?
At the moment, it is implemented according to this principle:
An "address" info block has been created that contains sections with country names for the 1st level, for the 2nd level the names of cities and the 2nd level sections contain elements (street names).
The solution implemented in this way does not seem very good to me.
Also, in connection with this decision, when using the filter by cities, countries and streets, you have to perform an additional check if the specified value is a city or a country.
If someone had experience in implementing data acquisition of a similar type on high-load projects, it is very interesting what decision you made, thanks in advance!

Isn't it easier to use the Yandex API? Or do you have some additional bindings to addresses in your database? What are you using this infobox for?
