Can a computer burn out from wiring?
Hello. I am a person very far from physics and have never been involved in assembling computers, so I don’t understand hardware either. I'm planning on building a PC in the next few days, but the thing is, my house has some wiring problems and I'm worried that something might go wrong. How can you protect the burnout of components and not arrange a rout of the home?

In theory, the power supply should compensate for voltage surges and sags, and go into protection in case of a short circuit.
But I would advise you to buy a stabilizer or a simple UPS and sleep peacefully.
