Calendar grid?

Hello everyone, plz tell me what would be the most convenient way to assemble a similar calendar grid? Upon completion, you need to get either a high quality image for printing or a vector image. Photoshop not knowing how to work with grids is pure hell .....

Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, or download ready-made photoshop source. Photoshop knows how to work with a grid, just not as good and obvious as a chandelier with a turkey.
