Buying a monitor with free sync technology, will I get the claimed 144Hz on an Nvidia card?

Good afternoon! I looked at the Acer KG271Abmidpx gaming monitor link to the product , in the first review I saw that free sync technology is available only in Radeon cards, I have Nvidia, will I get my 144Hz on an Nvidia card?
