Business site about equipment. Uniqueness or a ready-made solution?
Hello!
There was a need for a separate site, independent, let's say, to attract customers for one product (which we plan to release ourselves), a practically uncompetitive area, but a good site with a catalog is required.
Area: industrial equipment (specified).
As usual, I made TK, even drew 2 prototypes (main and product cards).
I wrote to 2-3 agencies + posted an announcement on Freelance, received 50-60 responses (but not all of them are of high quality, apparently technical specifications are not read, and half are automatic mailings), but I wrote to almost everyone and clarified, because. the budget of the site on Bitrix (there is a license) is only 33 tons, on a turnkey basis (without content), then not many performers were found, but there were even agencies under the contract (within 50 tons).
But one performer suggested using a ready-made Bitrix solution, specifically: https://scorp.aspro-demo.ru/
This is of course not a complete match of the prototype, but if you study the technical specifications, then this "solution" satisfies 80% of the functionality, since I plan to contribute content, meta tags, etc. myself, then we won’t be able to “pull up” this solution using guides, besides, there is documentation, technical support, etc.
The rest of the functionality (sliding contacts fixed in the form of a strip), well, all sorts of calculation calculators, modified forms - this can already be painfully finished with the help of freelancers at 1,500 rubles per 1 finish (actually 3-5t and you're done).
But, I don’t feel like tailoring for myself, the question is for specialists and amateurs, is it worth using a ready-made solution (this one in particular) or is it still necessary to achieve uniqueness and make a turnkey project in an agency with its own unique design? Considering the input that I wrote above (for 80-85% of the technical requirements, the functionality satisfies).
Whoever thinks, express your point of view / opinion., I didn’t even ask the agencies, they are not interested, of course, if the client does everything himself without their help., but if I didn’t have my own prototype, but in the TK, I would simply indicate "basic functionality", it is possible that they would immediately use this "solution" (I mean similar, but ready-made, maybe even some kind of their own, universal). I have "my" vision, it is already more unique.

Promoted goods, most often means that sales are piecemeal
We make a readable landing page, where we describe the product well
Landing page we show our potential customers (target audience)
We collect feedback We
redraw
It is desirable to get a wow effect in the end, but just an informative page is enough
Contacts, phone numbers, email at the bottom and feedback form
Design / drawing - $100-400
Layout - $100-200
Backend for feedback form - $20
PS: you can give a license for Bitrix to your detractors
From unnecessary things - Bitrix.
Everything else saves resources. Slightly modify the template ready and that's it.
I can chat in PM
Finished the finished solution on Bitrix - this is a disastrous path. Main problems:
1) your edits may fall off (in whole or in part) when updating the solution. This problem can be avoided by blocking the update of the module with the solution.
2) those missing 15-20% of the functionality may not fit well with the solution. And working on them will cost as much as 50% (or more) of assembly from scratch.
Favorable option: this is when the ready-made solution covers the needs with interest. Then break off the excess and use it.
