How to display all trade offers of a product in the catalog with the possibility of filtering?

There is a product with trade offers. I use the complex component "Catalogue". At the moment, catalog.section called from catalog shows only one product, but it is necessary to show all variations of this product with the corresponding names, properties and with the ability to filter through a smart filter. There are two thoughts - through $arResult['OFFERS'] and getOffersList(), but not sure about how to deal with filtering? Will it work through $arResult['OFFERS'] and getOffersList(), or is this approach fundamentally wrong?
