When you click on item-2 (or another item) a menu is displayed, another menu on the page related to this section and the item is supported, the displayed section menu works like _ext menu displays the structure from the infoblock, there are also menu items in the section menu that are not displayed from the infoblock section. The underlining remains while you go through the sections of the info block, but as soon as you click on one of the menu items, the underlining of point-2 disappears from the info block section, tell me how you can leave this underlining. Addresses for menu items from the infoblock are generated automatically by the CNC.

As I understand it, you have some kind of menu, for example:
/top/index.php
/root/index.php
/test/index.php
And in /root/ there is a menu item (nested) menu, which has a link to /catalog/index.php
And you want the /root/index.php menu item to be highlighted when you go to /catalog/index.php??
If yes, then in menu parameter 3 at /root/index.php specify the link /catalog/index.php
