Bitrix as the first job?

Is it worth choosing a company specializing only in Bitrix as your first job? I consider it only as a place to gain experience, but I'm very afraid to get used to writing shitty code. Is it true that development for Bitrix by default means getting a bad experience, or does it depend more on the team, and in such companies it is possible to develop as a php programmer?

@opium

and where does Bitrix and shitcode come from
, it appears there not because there is Bitrix, but because people like you come and are afraid that they will get used to writing shitcode, and shitcode is a state of mind, from there shitcode is already in Bitrix, he himself does not appear there

No. This is a big serious product that is used by a huge number of companies. Do not listen to fools, go if they take you.

there is no
modern architecture there, it is the most disgusting system
there is shit code in the essence of this decision
you will go to Bitrix - your entire career path will IMMEDIATELY go down the drain.
It's like being born and immediately dying.
It is true that development for Bitrix by default means getting a bad experience
Not bad, but disgusting.
The code, as in Bitrix, was written 20 years ago.
Don't you dare go there.

70% of ecommerce in Russia is Bitrix, the
remaining 30 are self-written by other engines at the moment there is no ecomerc.
And on "serious" projects they take programmers in the subject.
So it would be completely normal to decide to work on the most massive engine in Russia.

Shit code is written by people. It is possible to make such a mess on Symfony/Laravel/Yii that the developers who will support your code will be haunted by an obsessive desire to tear your hands off, or you can write a good structured code on Bitrix that is easy to read even without comments.
It is clear that there is an old core in Bitrix, which often gives rise to the question “What the hell is this?” But at the same time, Bitrix is developing and becoming like a full-fledged framework.
And then, the unwillingness of developers to "get their hands dirty" with Bitrix gives an advantage in the form of low competition for vacancies, and this, in turn, forces the business to offer more favorable conditions for candidates.
And in general, if you personally are interested in Bitrix, then do not listen to anyone and do not look back at trends. Work should bring not only money, but also pleasure.

Me and my peers in my youth chose plants and factories as their first job
... Bitrix does not need a code, but a solution to problems in 1s bundles, payments, acquiring, sdeks, markets ....
Here you need to think! I don’t see anything wrong if you devote a couple of years to Bitrix.

I have been developing for Bitrix for N years. Why?
1) There are quite a lot of e-commerce clients who will not switch to another framework, and tasks need to be solved, and the first one from the street will either write shit or write nothing. So the pay is there. Standards for complex projects.
2) Quite a low threshold of entry (to throw a site out of components and fix the template can and ololo. And often it has to be rewritten in a more optimized way, because native components = darkness). There is always work.
3) Work with 1s out of the box (in most cases everything starts right away). No need to fantasize and write what has already been written.
4) It's never too late to migrate to Yii\Laravel\Symfony if you have a head on your shoulders.
PS> I saw a project where only the admin panel is from Bitrix, and the back is on the symphony))
