Browser privacy in 2020. Does it make sense?

Hey! I spent a lot of time looking for a convenient and at the same time private browser (relatively). I sat on FF for a long time , but because of its cumbersome interface and privacy leaving into the void with each release, I decided to look for an alternative.
Chrome - I personally like the interface, but the data collection is just colossal. I don't have a google account, but even without it and the settings turned off, the data is sent, although I did not find specifics regarding the use of a browser without an account.
Opera - After leaving for the Chinese, trust has plummeted to zero. I was amused by an article on securityLab that hackers use it more often because of its unpopularity.
Vivaldi- "The same opera." Cumbersome as for me, there are too many things that you don’t know where to start setting up. But there is also data collection, sending a unique ID that is generated during installation and mathomo analytics.
A pack of private browsers
Ungoogled Chrome - Open source everything, there is no synchronization with Google services. As far as I understand, there is no way to go to the
Iridium application store - At one time it was not updated, but now there is a fresh release. And there is very little information about him.
Brave- I used this browser, the interface is minimalistic, like a fighter for the safety of privacy. In general, I like + CEO in the person of Brendan Eich. But analysts say that browser shields do not work and some scripts do not block and the browser itself sins by collecting statistics about users.
Pale Moon is a very strange thing, the motives of the developers are not completely clear, many extensions are missing. But there are people who use and are satisfied.

The text above is not a cry that big brother is following us and we need to hide. I want to find a convenient browser with minimal surveillance and that's it. And it is very interesting what information security specialists think, what solutions they use. I saw that many people sit quietly on chrome and think about such things, just google.

Oh, Elusive Joe?
Opera has a built-in tracking (and ads) blocker, and you can add your own, and the vpn is built-in.
That is, in the Opera you can block anything you want.

Information security specialists will immediately ask:
Let's start by defining what you mean by "privacy"? What specifically do you want to achieve?
Personally, I'm on FF (AdBlock + NoScript + Blur + BetterPrivacy)

A standard set of extensions (they are for Fox and Chrome), without which everyone should not go to the Web - Decentraleyes, uBlock Origin, Privacy Badger, HTTPS Everywhere. And so that advertisers can't sleep peacefully - AdNauseam.
PaleMoon is a good browser, but it breaks many sites, without JavaScript at all, almost any browser is safer, but not the fact that it is more convenient.

Firefox open. If something starts up there, it will be known at the testing stage.
At the very least, no slag will be added there on purpose.

Level 1. Put the fox. Customize your privacy as much as you need.
Level 2. Install the extensions you need.
Level 3. Open everything in private mode. In this case, extensions need permission to work in private (but this is not certain).
Level 4: Don't log in to websites. If you really need it, don't forget to log out.
Level 5: Clear cookies and all site data when you close your browser. It can be done automatically in the settings.
Level 6. Go through your VPN, proxy.
Level 7. Set up the hosts file to cut off everything superfluous.
Level 8. Get whitelisted.

modern web standards do not allow you to make the browser private

Privacy doesn't make sense. Use chrome and don't worry - only Google monitors there and doesn't let others in.

Behavioral statistics is your main deanonymizer.
You can change IP, browser, provider - nothing will help!
To be less watched: any convenient browser with a couple of plugins like Privacy Badger and Cookie AutoDelete .
HINT: Search (the url-search engine itself) - can be packaged into a separate program, and by clicking on the links, use the standard opening (they will open in the default browser).
PS: the more you hide, the more interest you have!

There are 3 security levels.
1) AdBlock + NoScript + Blur + BetterPrivacy
2) Tor Browser
3) Fake hat.
But if you are "super serious", if you really want anonymity, then this is a complex process of various events, otherwise you will attract more attention to yourself with your "strange" activity.

1. If on Windows, set it up. If Linux (everything is individual).
2. Librefox (after it, when I go to other browsers, native ads do not pop up for me).
3. Other browsers (install browser add-ons).
4. All vpn and dns replacement will not help (only access to geographically and RKN prohibited sites).
Takeaway: All the privacy you want comes down to less ad serving. Everything.

The most secure browser on windows 10 is Microsoft Edge. This is what you pay Microsoft for. Full synchronization with your account and security. You can configure the security of an individual page.

There is AdsPower, which provides users with separate environments with different IP addresses and time zones for each individual account. This tool will provide high security for your online environment. In addition, its advantage lies in its low price and ease of use.
