Why are videos not downloading from Tor?

Every time I try to download any video from Tor, even a few hours, even a few seconds, it doesn't matter, it only downloads to a random value and stops. Sometimes it downloads only by 7%, and sometimes even by 87%, each time in different ways. Sometimes it happens that even it is downloaded completely, but this is in 1 case out of 10. There is a lot of space on the hard, it’s enough for anyone, and I have no complaints about the Internet, 100 megabits and it works without interruptions, there are never any interruptions in the network. And this problem is on all sites, but only in the Torah.
