Why doesn't the "https://addons.opera.com" and "addons.opera.com/addons/extensions/" page open?

Opens - "Unable to find the remote server ... etc." Opera Version: 12.12 Assembly: 1707 Platform: Win32 System: Windows XP. (User-teapot)). Tried disabling the firewall, antivirus (AVG Internet Security Business Edition), tried turning on Opera Turbo, logged in with Opera Mobil (from the phone). Tell me what else can be done?

I don't know what actually happened, but I just installed Download master after closing opera before installation (as requested by the installer). Immediately after installation, the opera opened with this page https://addons.opera.com/ru/extensions/details/dow... with the downloadmaster plugin! And now all of the above pages work as they should
