Broadcast music over the network

There are 2 computers (Windows 2008) and a WiFi router. I listen to music on one, I want the same music (preferably just the entire audio stream) to play on the second with minimal lag. What software to use?

Aidos says correctly, put Winamp, the Shoutcast plugin to it, turn on the music on it, and connect via the network and listen the same way through Winamp from the second. I played the radio on the network, there was a time, this thing suited me completely. I can’t say anything about the delay, maybe it will play on the second computer a little later. Try it, set it up.

Somehow you can start broadcasting through iTunes, unless of course you want to use it.
