Is it possible to trust the results of the PSU test in the AIDA64 software. What should be the spread of this voltage? What do you think about these results:

Go into the BIOS and see what the values ​​are there. Most likely they will be the same. If so, I would take a multimeter and, in voltmeter mode, make sure that there is a voltage of 7.7V. If this is the case, then the equipment must not be operated! The 12V drawdown should be within 10% of the nominal value. What is the reason - it must be understood. Or there is no power supply at all. Either the motherboard burned out somewhere or the capacitor on the 12V bus shortens.
