Optimum temperature for iron:
screw hdd 10-40 degrees
ssd 10-40 degrees
percent up to 60 degrees (edge up to 80 degrees)
video card up to 80 degrees (higher is already bad)
based on personal experience. moisture and dust must also be taken into account.
