Bought a gaming mouse that feels like it's big in the palm of my hand? how to determine the mouse just right or not?

I'm thinking about going to change it for another, but I have doubts because the mouse itself really liked the design.

If the index finger does not reach the wheel, and the big one does not reach the side buttons, then it is big.

Try on. Picking up a mouse "by hand" is one of the most tedious tasks. That's why I'm so sorry that Logitech stopped making the LX5... Go to the store and try it on - put your hand on the mouse, put it on the base and try to drive. The mouse may turn out to be large, small, wide or narrow - depending on the grip and shape of the palm:
- If the fingers hang from the buttons by more than 1-2 mm - small, such mice usually go for laptops
- If the index finger does not rest on the wheel - large
- If the hand does not completely cover the mouse, if the little finger lies on the mouse, and not outside it - wide
- If the thumb is almost pressed to the index finger - narrow
Everything is of course very individual and the degree of comfort is selected by ourselves, but it will most likely be inconvenient to work (and play) with an inappropriate mouse

When it seems, you need to hold different ones in your hand.
Does the brush hurt?
