Which ergonomic keyboard and mouse for Mac should I get?

I began to understand that working behind the Macbook keyboard is not the best idea, my left hand hurts, because it is constantly bent. Decided to try a third party solution. Why take this for a poppy, preferably wireless, otherwise 4 type-c, that's all.

Magic Keyboard - in my opinion there is no better solution, if also with Numeric Keypad :)
