Why does the mouse lag when touched?

Good day! What could be the problem? A cheap mouse, 350r, if you touch the wire, disconnects from the laptop, and this is not a broken wire, because if you take this wire not with your hand, but for example with a pen or pencil and even throw it up, nothing happens. And the most interesting thing is that this happens depending on the load of the laptop. For example, if it is just idle, then in order for the mouse to turn off, you need to put your whole palm on the wire, with a load, a finger is enough. And if you turn on the game, then even just holding the mouse in your hand starts to lag (it turns off, it connects), but as soon as you remove your hand from the mouse, everything goes away and, for example, you move the mouse with a pencil, it works fine)))) Before this mouse, I bought another for 150r) ))) It was the same. What is it? Two cheap, defective mice in a row? or with a laptop something? Notebook 2013, i3, gt720m 1gb, RAM 4 gig. Thanks to all! The game I launched is StarCraft 2 and Heroes of the Storm

You would have checked the grounding of the case, otherwise you never know (you are a conductor, a plastic pen and a wooden pencil - we can assume that not).
