How to fix mouse lag while streaming?

I play PUBG, I want to stream, it's basically playable with the stream, but the worst thing is that when streaming, there is a delay on the mouse. When you have already moved the mouse, and in the game it moved a fraction of a second later, it would seem that it’s okay, but it’s really critical and greatly affects my game. Are there any guesses from what this delay may appear? How to fix?

To begin with, monitor the CPU / GPU load and what is the spread in the frame delivery time (for example, MSI Afterburner) in order to identify the relationship between them. The next candidate is to poke different VSync in the game and the Nvidia panel.
