Blocking factors of the crypto-project RKN?

Hello.
Soon I am launching my small project-service for working with cryptocurrencies.
The question arose - how to avoid blocking by Roskomnadzor.
What are the primary factors influencing this? Can they just block my site because they don't like cryptocurrencies in general?

The question arose - how to avoid blocking by Roskomnadzor.
1. Do not break the law and immediately comply with their requirements. Be nice and obedient to them.
2. Make sure that feedback from the administration on the site always works.
3. Do not mislead anyone and clearly highlight the logic (mechanics) of your site for users.
4. Don't draw attention.

RKN blocks what they are either told or what they allegedly do n’t like,
there are no special specifics here (well, except for porn and stuff like that)

Can they just block my site because they don't like cryptocurrencies in general?

They just can't, of course.
But there are a couple of factors that will easily provide "increased attention":
- the legal status of the crypt is still not defined, but the Central Bank clearly expresses its desire not to consider it a means of payment (now the crypt is considered "other property" and judges' brains boil when trying to deal with at least something related to it)
- a crypt is always muddy near-legal (and even outright illegal) things.
