Can I block a Sberbank card if I withdraw a RFP from WebMoney to it? What is the limit of money to start showing attention to me?

Hello. I live in a region that is on the list of regions that will have a self-employment tax. I have a question. If I regularly withdraw RFP from WebMoney to my Sberbank card, can it be blocked until the circumstances are revealed - where does this money come from, do I evade taxes. And if so, what to do in such situations? To say that friends return debts? Within a few months or even years? Somehow not very believable. And if they ask you to bring a friend or give his contacts. And some stranger transferred money to wm.exchanger.ru (for the fact that I transferred it to WebMoney. It seems that it works like that). How can I bring him? How can I contact him at all?
What is the limit of money for bank employees to start paying attention to me? For one transfer and in general (the sum of all transfers)?

Here is the answer about the type of account:

And about opening an account in rubles, check with your bank, almost all banks now convert themselves into the desired currency (dollars will come > the bank will transfer to rubles > the money will go to the account in rubles).

While it's new, it's better to change the type by deleting the created one and creating a new merchant account.
Briefly:
1. There will definitely be no problems with getting to the balance (numbers in the account statistics).
2. Problems with withdrawing them to a real bank account - there can be (people already had!) Big and insurmountable problems here.

Previously, when I cashed out WM, they equated it with the sale of securities. Specify the purpose of the transfer.

I don't know.
1) but, logically, they cannot.
Yes, friends return debts. why not? it doesn't look like - let them prove it.
bring friends - they are abroad.
2) webmoney has its own card too - order
