Block ddos?

I block ip using the command iptables -I INPUT -s 192.168.1.111 -j DROP
But requests still go.
How to be?

Do you want to be indicated by your profile picture where you have an error? iptables -L -v at least show something.

iptables -vxnL
there will be a complete list of rules, it will show how many packets fell into this rule
