Bitrix24 business process for sending SMS to whatsapp to a client when ordering outside of business hours?

There is an online store. It happens (often) that orders come in after hours, and you need to send a corresponding SMS notification to whatsapp that the order has been accepted. How can I make a BP, or where to dig to implement it?
