With the growth of the service, spending on sending SMS notifications is becoming more and more noticeable. What do you think what SMS replacements can be offered to users? Is it possible to send beautiful messages on whatsapp yet? And pushes can be sent to everyone with their own special ones? And if the user blocks them, then we will not know?

SMS replacement:
There are clients who switch to Telegram notifications, both within the company and with clients.
There is a solution for transferring clients from SMS to Viber.
