Posting to messengers from the site (Skype, Telegramm, WhatsApp, Viber)?

The task is as follows:
The site has a list of articles.
Under each article there is a button "Read the article later".
When you click on the button, icons of messengers are shown: Skype, Telegramm, WhatsApp, Viber
The user clicks on the messenger and the link to the article (getting the url of the article, as well as other site parameters is not a problem) is sent to the selected messenger.
As I understand it, the user's application opens and if he is authorized (on his device - be it a computer or a mobile phone) - then the link is to fast in the messenger, if not authorized - then there is a request for authorization and after authorization, the link to fast.
How to implement this? And is this even possible?
PS The user is not authorized on the site - there is no data about him.
