Bitrix1C - where are templates stored?

There is a site on Bitrix 1C and a template for it. HOA website. We upload monthly receipts to the site. There are 3 receipt forms in the regular template, but we need to enter our form.
Uploading data from 1 C is normal and readable in Bitrix, but we can’t find the forms of receipts that are presented in the template. Can someone help? Willing to pay for work.
