Bitrix media queries not working in chrome?

Hello!
I found here a question from a year ago, about the inoperability of media queries less than 990 in chrome for Bitrix.
Now I'm pulling the layout on the Bitrix website, I made the main page. everything is trite, the header is connected, the footer is connected and the code is copied to index.php, but on the mobile the version for the desktop is displayed in chrome, and everything works in firefox.
Who faced, tell me how to solve?
