Bios won't load with flash drive plugged in?

I write the image to a linux windows flash drive, it doesn’t matter I insert the USB flash drive, I reboot, but the bios does not load, I take out the bios flash drive, it loads normally, the flash drives tried different

ones with the USB flash drive, the BIOS freezes
