And there is nothing to update the BIOS from under the OS. The BIOS can be updated from under the OS only if there is a second BIOS chip or a firmware programmer in case something goes wrong. And in the OS, anything can go wrong at any time, not like during a BIOS update. Update the BIOS only with BIOS tools, if available, or from a special bootable USB flash drive / disk. In this case, you should either return the motherboard under warranty to the store / manufacturer or contact the SC for flashing.

I literally just stepped on such a rake. Did the same, the situation is similar, nothing saves. BIOS disaster recovery does not help either. I dug for a couple of days, but in the end everything was decided.
Solution: Flashing the BIOS on the programmer.
