BIOS doesn't see ubuntu flash drive?

I bought an acer swift 3 laptop. I split the ssd disk into 2 parts (50 GB and 200 GB)
I installed windows 10 and decided to install ubuntu 16.04.
But no matter how I tried to burn a disc with ubuntu, bios just doesn’t see the flash drive ((I
burn it through the UltraISO program. I did everything right (not the first time already)
And I changed flash drives! I don’t know what the problem is?! Maybe something needs to be included in bios. ..

unetbootin/rufus, no? I'm not at all sure that ultraiso will burn a flash drive normally. In addition, you need to check in the BIOS - maybe USB is disabled there altogether, call the boot menu at boot - if it exists ... And Anton 's advice - for all its simplicity - should not be ignored. There are such under-flash drives that will not work in USB3, for example.

Sometimes the volume of the flash and compatibility plays, since bios can not always see large volumes. I use the good old 2GB flash drive for all tench installations, it works on all equipment that only came to hand
