BIOS and Windows do not see the RAM on the laptop? BIOS won't update?
Welcome all! I could not find a solution to my problem in various resources, so I turn to you.
I have a laptop Lenovo Ideapad300-15ISK. It has Samsung M471B5173EB0-YK0 DDR3L RAM. I read that this laptop supports up to 16 GB of RAM. I bought a Kllisre DDR3L model, two strips of 8 GB 1600 1.35V. The AIDA64 program detects memory, but the system and BIOS do not. I decided to update the BIOS from the official website of the manufacturer, but it gives an error .
BIOS: Insydeh20 ver.5.0 . The laptop does not recognize any other RAM either, if you pull out the main bar - just a black screen. What could be the problem and is there any solution to it?
Thanks in advance!

Did you install this BIOS?

Specifically, this memory is not friendly with your laptop.
Faced this a few times. Solved exclusively by sticking and brute force. It's good that there is a fleet of equipment from which you can take memory to "try" and then to "change"
