Can Ddr3 memory be used instead of Ddr3L?

Actually, there is a laptop with 2 gigs of ddr3l memory and there is a kit of ordinary laptop ddr3 memory with the usual voltage of 2x4 GB. Can I put them in a laptop and will there be any negative consequences?

Usually not on laptops. On desktop PCs, you can usually.
If ddr3l is indicated in the characteristics of the laptop, then only it should be installed. If ddr3 is specified, then ddr3l is also possible.
