BILLmanager and a separate domain?

I need to make it so that when opening bill.site.com, BILLmanager opens, and that its address https://ip:1500/billmgr magically becomes bill.site.com. How to implement it? (Preferably through ISPmanager)

BILLmanager and ISPmanager are different panels.
how to understand "preferably through ISPmanager"?
this is done in the web server config, ip is changed to the domain
as standard, like any site you register when you register, so is the domain for billing
