Is the site ban removed from the RKN after domain registration?

Hello. Interested in registering one domain, which will be released very soon. But there is a problem, access to the site is limited by the decision of the Ministry of Communications of the Russian Federation. What can be done in this case? Will the ban be lifted after domain registration?

Of course not. The court does not know anything about domains, about their registration and re-registration - it does not care about IT at all, it has its own "judicial office".
But you can see for what reason it was blocked, find a court decision and eliminate the shortcomings that led to the blocking. And then contact the RKN with a request to unlock it.

No, it's not removed. But if you are a new domain tenant, it is enough for you to send an e-mail, in which you must write hello, I am the new owner of the domain, I inform you that there are no prohibited materials on the site and ask you to remove the site from the register of prohibited
