How to make smart server distribution (dns)?

A typical situation:
there is a domain on 2domains.ru and several A records are specified for the domain - several servers with the same content (not the point).
By default, round robin works and that's it. nothing more can be done.
Maybe there is some kind of service that will allow me to make my own round robin with all sorts of conditions, checks for whether the server is alive and so on (well, whatever I want)
